भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस के अंतर्गत ‘असंगठित कामगार एवं कर्मचारी कांग्रेस (केकेसी)’ एक विभाग है, जो देश के लगभग 45 करोड़ असंगठित कामगारों की सामाजिक व आर्थिक सुरक्षा करते हुए इन्हें पार्टी के साथ जोड़ने का काम कर रहा है। कांग्रेस सरकार ने समय-समय पर संसद में अनेक कानून बनाए हैं ताकि पूरे देश के असंगठित कामगारों को पर्याप्त सुविधा एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ इन्हें न्यूनतम मजदूरी, काम मिलने की गारंटी, इनके बच्चों के लिए शिक्षा व स्वास्थ्य इत्यादि की व्यवस्था हो सके। आज हम उन्हीं कानूनों को बरकरार रखने एवं उनका लाभ दिलाने में बहुत ही चिंताजनक स्थिति से गुजर रहे हैं। इन्हीं उद्देश्यों एवं लक्ष्यों को साकार करने हेतु ‘असंगठित कामगार एवं कर्मचारी कांग्रेस (केकेसी)’ अस्तित्व में आया है।

Unorganised Workers and Employees Congress (KKC)

The 'Unorganised Workers and Employees Congress (KKC)' is an official department under the Indian National Congress, which is working to connect about 45 crore unorganised workers of the country with the party while providing social and economic security. The Congress government has made many laws in the Parliament from time to time so that along with adequate facilities and social security, the unorganized workers of the whole country can be provided with minimum wages, guaranteed work, education and health for their children, etc. Today, we are passing through a very worrying situation in upholding the same laws and providing them benefits. To realize these objectives and goals, 'Unorganised Workers and Employees Congress (KKC)' has come into existence.
